I think this will be my last post til after Christmas due to working/family what-have-you. Im mostly going to work, finish up my tamama and get my Miku done for Ichiban (which we JUST planned)...however the only Miku wigs are on ebay and im afraid that I wont get a wig in time... So im sending out a shoutout to people who have a spare Miku hatsune wig laying around. I WILL purchase it from you before I buy one off ebay tomorrow night w/ ems shipping :< I hope everyone has a great and warm christmas :3 ~Cassie

I purchased my Christmas cards today!! <3 I do enjoy sending them, hoping to make the person's day a little better :) Its not much but I hope they like it. If I dont have your address please leave it on here and ill send a card!

As for Christmas itself...I really dont have much money myself...and the whole point gets jaded so out of proportion...Ive never been big for it. Im only getting very small gifts for people who are really close and dear to me. As for myself, all I really want is just everyone to have a good holiday and wish me one as well :3 If you do get me a gift, ill surely get you one back. All I really want is Jo-ann gift cards so I can work more on costumes. ;3

As for myself Ive just been working and doing costume materials...im pretty much done with my keroro gunso and Sheryl but I gotta get moving on my Lachesis :3 Ohayocon will be rockin!!!

I havent..actually since I have had my LJ, cleaned it up. I went through and though cleaned up my friend lists of people whom I dont speak with anymore/or I believe probably doesnt read my LJ anyways. Its not that I dont hate you guys, or hate whom Ive taken off my list, it is just its been probably a while that weve talked or at all so yeah. If you do read my lj and you see that ive taken you off, just leave me a comment and Ill put you back on.

Other than that, Ive really havent been up to much. Ive been working a ton of hours, working on costumes in my spare, and just relaxing n.n Nothing more or less.

Im really excited about next week. Im making a thanksgiving dinner for my friends thats going to be AWEEEEEEEEEEEEEESOMMEEEEEEEEEE!!!

If anyone wants to come, its November 25th @ 6pm-? Were going to play some tabletop gaming and just have a good time. Call me to get the location or just leave a comment and ill give you my number.

As the holiday season approaches, I feel all nostalgic and thinking about past holidays. Its sad but also makes me feel good that Ive had friends to be there with me during them. Im going to get some good gifts this year for everyone :D I really dont need much in reguard of presents, even a hug is awesome :D I just hope the holidays are good for people in general.

Man I dont think ive had a update/personal-like LJ entry in a while O_O So heres whats going on.

Ive been working my ass off at work :x CVS takes a lot out of you....Most of the people are pretty awesome sometimes they can get on your nerves. Im currently saving up for laptop because my gateway decided to die. (For people shopping on Black Friday heres theres this awesome site! http://www.blackfriday.info/)

As for cosplay, currently working on Lachesis for Ohayocon with twilight0206 . O.O I havent had the chance to talk to 4ng31 to see if that Sgt. Frog cosplay group is still on but it sounds like it isnt. x.x Were doing it with some pretty interesting new ideas and techniques ive never used before. O_O Also still doing Gall Force. :< I need a Rumy....

I've kinda been feeling down lately about my own self image ._. 1 year ago I was 130lbs...and 6 feet even. Now I am 160 :/ I really got to lose 10-20 lbs because I *feel* big. Also my wardrobe is very adolescent and male. O_O 99 percent of it is screen tees, hoodies, jeans and sneakers....I should dress more stylishly and feminine. I went out today and bought a whole bunch of dresses, fitted shirts and long sleeves, a cute hat, tights, and actually a pair of PUMPS O_O I cant walk in them AT ALL..>_< I trip. But its a first step to a better wardrobe...If only I could figure out makeup....

Since ive been stuck in the house for the past few days I drew up all the designs and finished plans for Sugoicon and Ohayocon. Ive started on Flashback and Yohko, buying the fabric for both and scouting wigs and supplies. I gotta get stuff started on Casual minmay soonish, even though I bought the fabric a long time back. Ive had Klan done for a while so that will be a re-wear. :)

I poured all night over tutorials and ideas for the bracers and the wig for Yohko and Ive formulated a plan!! :DDDD

Im going to do the Innocent (from amphigory) in #6, straighten the bitch out and high ponytail it and stub :D. Then im going to buy #6 silky braid (from amphigory as well) and just wrap it around the stub to secure it (it seems like its 48 inches unfolded and that would be a good length) and use picture wire or another better wire to wrap the braid around and secure it onto the stub (still figuring how to secure it...>_O) Im thinking 5 packs of extensions will be enough...

As for the bracers I thought...BRASS! :D Its bendable and gives that gold sheen I was thinking of going for. Im going to look more into how to cut brass and everything...

Such a simple costume but so many damn steps :<

Went to Ikasu and actually left early. It was a slow slow con with nothing to do. I wore Klan and Sheryl around, and hung a little with Rachel because that was all to do O_O; Donnell and I left saturday afternoon due to its lack of failure.

Ive been so sick...my body was shaking....throwing up...dizziness..passed out...I just felt like shaking and curling up. Today I had enough muster to let everyone know....Also my phone is being so retarded...I cant hear or speak...like the speakers are kinda messed up :< I just really wanted to be resting in a safe place...so badly..but I was so far away when it hit so I was scared ;_;. But im doing better, everyone!

Cosplay Updates/Life stuff

So Ive been balls deep working on cosplay stuff for Cowboy Sheryl to keep me busy, while doing this on a strict strict budget due to not having a lot of money..if money at all xD

Boots :D
I bought Meltonian Nu-life shoe dye spray for the cowboy boots. Its AMAZING. No cracking, stickiness or anything!! It stuck well without little going over with coats and looks amazing!. Since the boots were leatherette I had to buy this. It sticks to vinyl, plastic and leather.

I went in and hand painted the heart on sheryl and the gold dots. :3 Added the gold dots :3

I also found plastic 6 shooters at the dollar tree that I spray painted pink and hand detailed :D Same with the holster and the hat which I fabric painted and added ribbon I owned. I still need to find the gold heart.

I used a curly blonde wig that I owned. I went in with Higgins Ink (3 drops pink, 5 drops white) and 8 oz of 70% alcohol and sprayed it down for the blonde. IT LOOKS AWESOME! :O Not in your face pink, but subtle like I wanted. all told 4.00 to do! <3 I wouldnt recommend it for entire change of wig color but for highlighting it does the trick.

I hand dyed the stockings with rit dye because they were 100 percent nylon and nylon just soaks up dye :D

I gotta finish up the vest, bow, arm guards, and the skirt and I think Ill be done! Will post pics when I somehow get a new camera :<

Dear Livejournal,

Due to recent and unfortunate events, I shall not be on livejournal updating for quite some time. My life right now is a mess and the last little bit of my sanity is in limbo. I need to unravel the layers of lies and illusions and really see whats underneath my soul. I owe a ton of people apologies, and this is the first step in doing such. Ill check on you guys from time to time but that is all. There are more important people in my life that I need to cherish and take care of.

Immersing yourself in BBC mini series are the best cures. I completed the David Copperfield with Daniel Radcliffe in it and Sense and Sensibility. However sadly, Ive seen to lost my Pride and Prejudice copy..I cant find it anywhere....;_;

Hopefully Ill perk up soon, but til then, some bed rest shall be good.

I love my hair being an unnatural color, always have since ive started dying it. It reflects me more in detail and just goes with my personality. :D Im so glad to have my pink back...even though its darker than the past...O.O

So I gotta get more overtime ;_; I love my job but I need the overtime...I think Im going to talk to my boss. Every check ive came up with just enough to bearly survive and to pay a portion of my bills that are essential for survival..Theres other important bills I need to pay and also GOTTA PAY ARG FOR THOSE WINGS :O GAHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH! Going to talk to him today

This weekend im hoping to go to the zoo ; 3 ; I really really want to go. I havent seen animals in a long time and they have llamas and penguins there! :O *gasms*
